About Cook From Scratch


"My passion is to share the simple art of how to cook from scratch"

After graduating from Culinary Arts School in 1996, I started teaching students of all ages how easy it is to create wonderful foods without relying on recipes or spending the whole day in the kitchen.


When I design a class menu, I'm committed to...

Using only about five ingredients in each recipe.
Making sure anyone can make them in a matter of minutes.
Keeping the recipes perfect for entertaining because they can be prepared in advance or even be frozen!

I think you'll find that our classes are a great way to collect and create wonderful new recipes, try the techniques used in professional kitchens, and learn in a relaxed atmosphere whether you've been cooking for years or have never stepped foot in the kitchen!
