After graduating from Culinary Arts School in 1996, I started teaching students of all ages how easy it is to create wonderful foods without relying on recipes or spending the whole day in the kitchen.

I think you'll find that our classes are a great way to collect and create wonderful new recipes, try the techniques used in professional kitchens, and learn in a relaxed atmosphere whether you've been cooking for years or have never stepped foot in the kitchen!
